The Victoria Hand Project designs low-cost, highly functional, 3D printed prosthetics for amputees in-need.
The Victoria Hand Project (VHP) designs low-cost, highly functional, 3D printed prosthetic hands for amputees in-need. In collaboration with our clinical partners in 10 countries around the world, we have helped empower over 170 amputees to lead more independent and fulfilling lives with a functional prosthetic device. Our system uses advanced and cost-effective tools: 3D printing, 3D scanning, and 3D software, to fabricate these devices directly within the countries where they are used. With our prosthetic hands, amputees can regain the ability to do home or work-related tasks, and improve their quality of life.
With recent funding, VHP is expanding our services to include remote and underserved areas of Canada and the United States. All donations received will go directly towards fitting an amputee with a prosthetic hand!
