Creating the Conditions for Emergence

Donations are important to the vitality and continued success of Access Gallery. Since 1991, Access has operated as a non-profit organization dedicated to emergent contemporary art practices. We provide points of access for artists and audiences alike by supporting presentations of diverse views and creative practices of local, national and international artists, curators and cultural practitioners. Access strives to spark critical conversations about contemporary art through experimentation and risk-taking within the gallery space and beyond. By becoming a member, you are directly promoting the growth and dissemination of critical and contemporary creative practices in Vancouver.

Exhibition Benefactor $1000 Supports a single exhibition, selected from the forthcoming program schedule, receiving acknowledgement on Access Gallery’s website, on all print matter, promotions, and publications for that project. Alternatively, supports the exhibition program generally and receives acknowledgement on our website.

Publications Benefactor $2500 Supports Access’ publications program for the calendar year, receiving acknowledgement on Access Gallery’s website, on all print matter, promotions, and publications. Alternatively, supports the publications program generally and receives acknowledgement on our website.

PLOT Benefactor $5000 Supports Access’ innovative PLOT program for the calendar year, receiving acknowledgement on Access Gallery’s website, on all print matter, promotions, and publications related to PLOT initiatives. 

Access also graciously accepts one time donations of any amount in cash, cheque, or credit card at the gallery, or online through Canada Helps or PayPal. Monthly donations through Canada Helps are an easy way to contribute over time to our organization.
