The Hike for Hospice is a special day that enhances a sense of community, increases awareness and raises funds for Valley Hospice and Annapolis Valley Palliative Care.
Valley Hospice Foundation assists with care across the continuum of hospice and palliative care, from diagnosis through end-of-life, including bereavement support and care for families and loved ones, across all care settings.
