Our mission at Upper Lonsdale Preschool is to offer a play-based program where all parents and all children are welcome to explore, learn and grow together.
Preschool-aged children have the opportunity to develop their social, emotional, physical and intellectual selves in a safe and caring child-centred environment that encourages self-esteem and independence. We offer an eclectic, play-based program that teaches respect, cooperation, and communication skills.
Our program is multicultural and inclusive, for some of our students ULP is their first exposure to English. We also welcome children with physical or intellectual special needs.
Our preschool has been serving North Vancouver for over 65 years and is funded solely by family support and their efforts in fundraising and donations schemes such as Canada Helps.
