The Walk to U-Turn Parkinson's

The Walk to U-Turn Parkinson's is a family friendly fundraiser in support of U-Turn Parkinson's!

On September 9th, 2023, from 10am-2pm at 2405 McGillivray Blvd, we invite you to walk to raise awareness for PD, enjoy activities for all ages and abilities, lunch and a few U-TurnPD class demos! You're encouraged to invite your friends and family to walk alongside in learning more about U-Turn Parkinson's. We want your family to join our family for this day of raising awareness, raising funds and having fun!

Registration

Register to join us at The Walk to U-Turn Parkinson's by selecting "Join as an Individual" or "Create a Team" above. "Create a Team" is for those who would like to fundraise alongside others. 

Commit to helping us reach our fundraising goal of $50,000!

It's our goal to open our own facility, a home for the Parkinson's community in Manitoba. As the leader in Parkinson's wellness in Manitoba, we need a place where all spheres of wellness can be taught and practiced, from the classes you may already know and love, to coffee chats with your friends and events with your community! It will be where we take U-TurnPD online to all of Manitoba and beyond. This will be a place for you, your families and all those impacted by Parkinson's to live their best!

Donation Details 

Donate Online: To donate online, scroll down to the bottom of this page, select the team or the individuals name you'd like your donation to count towards, and follow the prompts. 

Donate by Cash: Bring a cash donation with you on September 9th to hand in at registration. Donations of $20 or more can receive a tax receipt. You will need full contact info (full name, address, email and telephone number) to receive a tax receipt. 

Donate by Cheque: Cheque's can be made out to "U-Turn Parkinson's" and be mailed to 46 Belair Rd, Winnipeg, MB, R3T0S2. Cheque's can also be brought in person on September 9th and handed in to registration. To receive a tax receipt for your donation of $20 or more, please include your full name, address, email and telephone number. 

Donation by E-Transfer: E-Transfer donations can be sent to: donate@uturnpd.org. If you'd like a tax receipt for your donation of $20 or more, please include your contact info (full name, address, email and telephone number) in the notes section of your e-transfer.
