End of life palliative care is so comforting to all involved. The need for this type of care is urgent in North Halton.

I am participating in Townsend Smith Foundation's 7th Annual Hike for Hospice in Georgetown!

We want to rally community strength and raise funds to build the 1^st hospice in North Halton. We believe every individual should have access to a dignified and caring end-of-life journey.
