Eradicating Violence. Building Communities. Stop Rape Now.
TRCC/MWAR is the only rape crisis centre in the City of Toronto providing essential services including a 24-hour crisis line for all survivors of sexual violence, individual and group counselling, court support, public education and workshops.
All our services are free of charge and offered in English and Spanish. We offer an environment where survivors of sexual and gender-based violence can find the power of a safe space and peer support to rebuild their lives and sense of self at their own pace.
TRCC/MWAR supports all survivors across the gender spectrum, their friends, families and the communities in which they live and work. At TRCC/MWAR, survivors meet survivors – all at different phases of healing. Survivors meet volunteers – all involved in the running of the centre and services. Survivors meet staff – all working to support them and advocating for change.
