When the music starts, there’s no stopping Dr. Tracy Wilson! Although this is her first time officially hitting the ballroom floor, everyone will tell you she’s usually the first one to step on it at any event and the last one to leave.
Having trained in her specialty of Orthopedic Surgery in Toronto, Dr. Wilson moved to Thunder Bay in 1997 and has called the north her home since. During this time she has specialized in upper extremity surgery, founded Big Thunder Orthopedics with her husband, Dr. David Puskas, and started the rural orthopedic residency program here—the first in Canada.
Movement is a passion for Dr. Wilson. She participates in many athletic activities, including riding her water bike, workout classes, and walking her dogs. She also keeps very active in the lives of her 4 boys, 3 of her own and her recently adopted son. She values her faith and her family above all, and ensures she lives life to the fullest.
An actress at heart, she is excited to take on the role of hip-hop performer extraordinaire! Will it be an act, or is she the real deal? Dr. Tracy Wilson has some big moves that will be showcased in her highly energetic performance with her suave partner, Jacob!
