Thresholds Homes and Supports (THS) works with clients throughout Dufferin-Caledon, Guelph-Wellington, and Waterloo Region to provide affordable housing and flexible services to support individuals experiencing mental health issues. 

Our housing ranges from individual apartments with community mental health supports to group homes with staff on site around the clock depending on clients' needs. 

Our dedicated Life Skills Workers and Housing Support Coordinators work directly with clients to learn about their goals and to build partnerships to help make them happen. This may include getting more connected to the community through volunteering, improving their culinary skills, or developing practices and strategies to better manage their mental health challenges.

Clients in our homes - as well as in the larger community - can also access multidisciplinary teams that include social workers, occupational therapists, substance use specialists, nurses, and psychiatrists.
