Objectives of the Thirteenth (XIII) Regiment Foundation

A. To preserve, protect and maintain the non-governmental property, assets, artifacts and memorabilia of The Royal Hamilton Light Infantry (Wentworth Regiment);

B. To oversee the operation of the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry Heritage Museum;

C. To assist the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry with financial matters outside of the resources provided by the Department of National Defence;

D. To provide advice and assistance to the Commanding Officer; and

E. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income there from, from time to time, to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the Income Tax Act (Canada
