The Woods Arts & Wellness is about increasing personal and community wellbeing through engagement with the arts and nature.  Research demonstrates these to be proven pathways to wellness; alleviating stress, changing perspectives, building connections, and improving mood.  

Our trained therapists and facilitators provide evidence-based therapeutic arts programs and counselling services enabling access to the arts regardless of age, ability, background, or financial situation.
