August 1 - 31st, 2021 - 2nd Annual Walk & Talk the 'DYS' out of Dyslexia Fundraiser
Last year we raised nearly $8,000 for 8,000Kms - the distance from the west to the east coast of Canada - to provide bursaries to help families afford life changing Davis programs.
This year we are all aiming for 10,000 steps a day for the month of August - raising $10,000 - at least !
10,000 steps equals 7.62Kms - from the moment you get up till the moment you go to bed 10,000 steps equals one hour of bike riding.
Why ?
So that all children and adults have an equal cognitive opportunity. Its their right to fulfill their potential.
