We work to increase access to good food, improve food skills and literacy, and create a more connected and engaged community. Our programming prioritizes low-income families and individuals but includes opportunities for everyone to be involved.

Our programs include: The Good Food Bank, community meals three times per week, an after school program for kids aged 8 to 12, various food skills programs, community gardening program, individual and family advocacy support, and a social justice program. All of our programs are designed to use the power of good food to build hope, create community and challenge inequality.

People who participate in our programs are welcomed and treated as neighbours and encouraged to take an active role in the organization.

The Table Community Food Centre is an affiliate of Community Food Centres Canada and a charitable, non-profit, community-run agency. We are run by a volunteer Board of Directors a staff of six and a team of over 100 volunteers.
