The Holy Rosary conference of the St Vincent de Paul Society operates in the St Clair Ave West and Bathurst St area of mid-town Toronto. Despite our location close to some of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Toronto there is a significant amount of poverty in our presence. Every month we visit 40-50 households who require support to help meet their needs. Our primary focus is on food insecurity but we also offer friendly home visits, food vouchers, furniture and other supports. The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is a lay Catholic organization whose mission is to live the Gospel message by serving Christ through the poor with love, respect, justice and joy.  We serve people of all faiths and beliefs.

Over 99% of our donations go directly to help the poor. Our organization operates through the generous donation of time from 15-20 concerned volunteers. We have no paid staff, no office, no overhead.
