Bridget's Run

Help ensure no one endures pregnancy or infant loss alone.

The second annual Bridget's Run is a 1km/5km family fun run/walk in recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month and in support of Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre and Bridget's Bunnies. Bridget's Bunnies is dedicated to ensuring no family endures pregnancy or infant loss alone through the creation of comfort kits and public awareness.

In memory of baby Bridget, kits are provided to RVH that include memory makers, practical items, letters to the parents, and resources to help the parents in the days that follow their loss.

Statistics say that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss.  With your help, we can raise awareness, provide families a safe place to celebrate their babies, and provide comfort and support to parents, grandparents, and siblings. 

Many people have been impacted by pregnancy or infant loss in their community, or may have suffered a loss themselves.  By helping Bridget's Bunnies, you are helping to provide gentle direction and lots of compassion to families in our region while opening the dialogue on an otherwise unspoken topic.
