The Refuge is a Christian organization that seeks to work with at-risk and street youth in the Durham Region in such a manner that will bring about positive life changes and decisions in their lives. We not only meet the immediate physical, emotional and spiritual needs of street-youth but we also take a preventative approach in working with parents and at-risk children with the goal of keeping children and youth off the streets before they make that choice.
