Friend of The Reach 2025

The Reach Gallery Museum is a community resource. We are committed to preserving and sharing the stories of our rich and diverse cultural heritage and showcasing the best in the visual arts from both inside and outside our community. When you become a Friend of The Reach, you help to foster intercultural and intergenerational exchanges in an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

Last year, Friends of the Reach supported us in hosting over 14,500 visitors to enjoy 4 exhibitions that featured the work of 43 Canadian artists. We participated in 22 community events, and educated 1,400 students through our Tour & Try program. Friends also supported 12 emerging artists in curating, exhibiting and mural-making for sometimes the first time in their career!

With the generous support of our Friends, we maintain our pay what you can, entry by donation admission to ensure that community members of all walks of life can access all we have to offer here. The majority of our programs and workshops operate on this pay what you can model, so our Friends also supported nearly 8,000 of their community members in attending over 250 programs.
