The Period Purse strives to achieve menstrual equity by providing marginalized menstruators with access to free menstrual products, and to reduce the stigma through education and advocacy.
What is a Mini-Drive?
You will start a “blitz”, set a goal, and ask your friends and colleagues to donate.
Every $15 = one month period product supply for one marginalized person who menstruates. $180 = one year's supply of period products
Does it really make a difference?
Absolutely. Your time, energy and generosity will directly assist people who menstruate experiencing homelessness in Canada.
In 2020, we supported over 17,000 healthy periods (one month period product supplies).
Our 2021 goal is 30,000 healthy periods.
