About THE OPEN ACCESS RESOURCE CENTRE INC.
The Open Access Resource Centre (OARC) is committed to improving the lives of children and youth in Manitoba with communication challenges or who are non-speaking through the use of communication devices. OARC helps individuals receive long-term devices as well as providing the supports needed for successful implementation of a device as a communication tool.
OARC relies on donations from Individuals, Corporations and Foundations for the purchase and maintenance of the devices for children and in providing/supporting children with their own communication devices.
