The Niagara Falls Rotary Club Foundation was founded by Rotarians Frank & Mildred Branscombe. The objective of the charity is to support initiatives for children in particular those that are mentally or physically challenged.
One of the current foundation projects is Rotary House in Niagara Falls. The foundation provided the seed funds of $50,000 and a commitment of $150,000 over 10 years so that Pathstone Mental Health could purchase and renovate this home. The home is a residence facility to assisted mentally challenged children re-entered school and eventually return to their homes.
