Hello friends and family!
I am raising funds for the Face to Face Campaign in support of the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County and in Clare Morand's memory, who passed away on Easter Sunday 2018. Clare only spent a few days in Hospice but the care and compassion he received from the staff and volunteers will stay with me forever. We witnessed firsthand what an important and vital component The Hospice of Windsor is to families when it comes to caring for terminally ill loved ones.

Clare was one of a kind, unique, kind, walked to the beat of his own drummer and he is missed by all of us. I wanted to do something to honour his life and thank the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County. Will you help me meet my goal?
