I am raising funds for the Face to Face Campaign in support of the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County. 

The Face to Face Campaign supports the Fairley Family Transportation Program, which provides rides to patients and families across Windsor-Essex.

The Hospice provides care at no cost for individuals and families in our Windsor-Essex. In order to continue programs and services, The Hospice must fundraise $2.5 million every year.
