OUR MISSION

The Hervey Foundation for Cats is committed to rescuing and caring for ailing, abused, and abandoned kittens and cats, and placing them in a loving adoptive homes. We are also committed to educating the general public as to proper treatment of cats and the importance of spay/neuter. We also help with healthy cats that would otherwise be euthanized.

ABOUT THE HERVEY FOUNDATION

Founded by Marjorie Hervey in 1998, the Hervey Foundation is a no-kill, volunteer-based registered charity in Alberta, Canada committed to rescuing and caring for ailing, abused, and abandoned kittens and cats, and placing them in loving adoptive homes. We also help healthy cats that would otherwise be euthanized and provide sanctuary for the aged. Those not adopted live their lives happily and safely in the homelike atmosphere of our sanctuary.

With our monthly expenses at $5,000, all of our funding relies solely on the generosity of the community for our ongoing existence and continued success.  All donations are tax deductible.  Donations go to the ongoing expenses of caring for the cats and educating the public and providing a safe place for the felines.
