The HWDSB Foundation is the arm’s length charitable foundation of the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. The Foundation is committed to enhancing the school experience by providing a welcoming and inclusive environment that nurtures student achievement.
Through the many donors and partners who support the Foundation, we are able to provide many awards, scholarships and bursaries to students.
The Student Barrier Fund supports students each year with basic needs.
We are also able to initiate innovative teachers' programs that would otherwise not be possible through traditional resources.
The HWDSB Foundation charges zero administrative fees so you know your donation is going straight to the kids.
