By welcoming campers of all ages, abilities, and identities to experience God's love with others and nature, Camp Pringle fosters a unique and heartfelt connection. This inclusive approach truly makes the camp a place where everyone can grow and feel embraced!
About THE GEORGE PRINGLE MEMORIAL CAMP SOCIETY
Located on beautiful Shawnigan Lake, 45 minutes north of Victoria, British Columbia, Camp Pringle has been the site of memorable camping experiences since 1950! We offer our participants outdoor adventure based programming including archery, canoeing, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking & more. We build communities of trust and respect and model the United Church values of radical welcome in everything we do.
Our organization offers summer camps for children, youth, families and leadership development. We offer year-round facility rentals for schools, churches, weddings, community & corporate retreats. Whether you spend a day or a week with us it is sure to be an experience that lasts a lifetime!
Camp Pringle has had a very special partnership with the BC Cancer Society and has hosted Camp Goodtimes on Vancouver Island since 2018. We are a proud member of the British Columbia Camping Association, which highlights Camp Pringle's commitment to maintaining high standards in camping and outdoor experiences!.
