About THE GARTH HOMER FOUNDATION

The purpose of The Garth Homer Foundation is primarily, and to the greatest extent possible, to promote, fund and further the aims, goals and interests of The Garth Homer Society. The Foundation raises funds to support the diverse and individualised needs of adults with developmental disabilities. It strives to help those living with developmental and other disabilities achieve their hopes for the future through programs that reflect the principles of self-sufficiency, active participation and inclusion.

Sometimes we see the impact of the Foundation’s work through a simple smile and laugh. Other times it reveals itself slowly, as a member of the Garth Homer family begins to call the Centre their ‘home.’ These daily achievements and growth are the measure of our work. 

The Garth Homer Foundation works with the Garth Homer Society to help people with developmental disabilities be everything they can be. Our fundraising activities bring together a community of supporters that believe in the power of transformational change.
