In a world where we often take our health for granted, the journey of those living with epilepsy is one filled with challenges that many may not understand. Every day, millions of people are impacted by seizures, facing uncertainties that can disrupt their daily lives. This cause is important to me as I’m currently working with many Epileptic patients in Neuroscience nursing at KHSC, and I had a close friend who struggled with epilepsy pass away in 2020. This friend was passionate about raising awareness of the disorder, and I plan to bowl in her legacy during this event!
