VISION
To facilitate community reintegration and reconciliation for men in the justices system and their families through advocacy, education and restorative justice.
MISSION
To provide services of discharge planning, transitional housing, and rehabilitative programs for victims, ex-offenders and families, by promotion and enabling healing and reconciliation for those in our community affected by crime.
About THE BRIDGE (HAMILTON) - From Prison to Community
The Bridge and its programs grew out of a church community’s desire to provide greater follow-up after incarceration to help ex-offenders adjust to reintegration in the community.
These services include transitional housing, case management, education programming, meals and drop-in social events.
We work in the Hamilton-Wentworth and Halton regions.
