Details

The venue is the beautiful Eglinton St. George's Church located at 35 Lytton Boulevard, Toronto.

Originally from Newfoundland, Kathleen brings diverse experience to the podium as an accomplished conductor, commissioned composer, and soprano soloist. For decades, the Amadeus Choir has been a leading proponent of new Canadian choral works. Kathleen brings to our organization an intimate connection with the Canadian composer community. Her programming provides an astonishing glimpse into the talented people currently working in this country, while also honouring the rich choral tradition.

The all-women-composer concert is generously funded by the TD Bank and is the first of its kind supporting women composers in Canada.
