About TARA CHEYENNE PERFORMANCE

DanStaBat Performance Society, operating as Tara Cheyenne Performance (TCP), is devoted to the creation and dissemination of highly physical, character-driven solo works that uniquely blend movement and text.

Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg is the Artistic Director of TCP. Friedenberg's artistic vision is to create works that speak to people on the levels of common human experience, our own comic-tragic behaviour, our lives in movement, gesture and dream.

The innovative and engaging works are inspired by an interest in a sense of the absurd. The work creates comedy that illuminates and inspires - it is social criticism that flirts with satire and the ridiculous.
