Founded by the creator of Mr. Dressup, Suitcase Theatre has reached more than 150,000 children who may not have otherwise had access to an arts experience.

Through strong community partnerships with many low income schools, healthcare centres and community organizations, we are working diligently to fulfill our mission of creating and facilitating theatre experiences that are accessible to all, and provide a positive and lasting influence on children and families.

The creative learning opportunities that Suitcase Theatre provides can boost a child’s self-confidence and foster coping skills essential for their health and well-being. With your support, we can reach more children and families who rely on the services of support organizations including Art City, Gilda’s Club of Greater Toronto, Ronald McDonald House, Holland Bloorview Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital and The Hospital for Sick Children as well as schools and community centres across the GTA.
