Our Mission
Our Mission is to ensure that seniors of Ukrainian heritage have a clean, safe, and well-maintained residential facility with amenities and an environment which meets their cultural, physical and spiritual needs; and to ensure that seniors from the community at large who choose to live in the building can likewise feel welcome.
About Sts Peter and Paul Ukrainian Residence
Sts. Peter and Paul Residence is a seniors apartment and retirement home operated by Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Community Homes, a Christian based not-for-profit charity.
The residence is a spacious, modern and well maintained complex near Hwy 401 and Markham Road in Toronto, Ontario comprising of 2 separate wings; a 10 floor apartment wing consisting of 150 units geared to independent living, and the Bishop Borecky wing containing 41 units geared to assisted living services including accommodation, meals and care services.
Additionally, there is a doctor, a physiotherapist and a foot care Registered Nurse available to residents. There is also a beauty salon, a mini convenience store and regular visits from Buduchnist Credit Union. Regular religious services take place in the Chapel of Sts. Cosmas and Damian. Recreational and special events are held for residents and facilities are available for use by residents and their families for special occasions.
