Stonegate Community Health Centre works with the Stonegate community to improve its well-being. Together we identify and respond to individual and community concerns by providing meaningful health and social programs and services.

We envision an actively engaged neighbourhood that respects diversity, encourages community-based leadership, and strives to achieve its full potential.

About Stonegate Community Association

Stonegate Community Health Centre (SCHC) is a non-profit, community based organization that provides comprehensive health and social services to residents living in South-East Etobicoke.

Our Centre provides comprehensive primary health care, health promotion and a variety of programs for the community including programs prenatal women, infants and their parents, preschoolers, school age children, women and seniors. We have special programs for those with risk of homelessness.
