The regional science fair for Grades 7 through 12 students going to school in Surrey and Delta, British Columbia.
The South Fraser Regional Science Fair is one of fourteen regional science fairs in British Columbia. We are an organization operated by volunteers who are primarily teachers and educators. We organize and host an annual regional science fair for students enrolled in Grades 7 through 12 in the geographical areas encompassed by British Columbia's School District #36 (Surrey), School District #37 (Delta), and all Independent Schools within this region.
The South Fraser Regional Science Fair's goal is to advance scientific education by promoting scientific innovation and excellence through science fairs at the school, district, regional, and national levels. We are also an affiliated member of Youth Science Canada (Canada Wide Science Fair) and the Science Fair Foundation of BC.
