The South and Central Health Foundation has been a registered charity since 1983. The Foundation strives to enhance the health programs and services of the Central Regional Health Authority throughout central Newfoundland & Labrador.
We serve the following health facilities:
Central Newfoundland Regional Health Ctr; Baie Verte Peninsula Health Ctr; A.M. Guy Memorial Health Ctr; Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Ctr; Connaigre Peninsula Community Health Ctr; Green Bay Health Ctr; Valley Vista Seniors Home; Carmelite House Seniors Home; Lewisporte Health Centre; Hope Valley Youth Treatment Centre and Community Health Centres.
We also support innovative Community Health programs and services in our region.
