Our Mission is to encourage philanthropy in support of health-related programs, facilities, research, academic pursuits and sustainable capital investment. Through contributions from donors, the foundation assembles and administers permanent pools of capital so the returns can be perpetually reinvested in our communities. The foundation complements and supports other charitable agencies.

Our Purpose is to support the development of programs and services that improve health and wellbeing of the citizens in this rapidly growing region. The Sooke Region includes the communities from Port Renfrew to Becher Bay on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
