SIRCH Community Services prepares and distributes 1,400 nutritious meals a month, free, to those most in need through its Community Kitchen program. The need has nearly doubled in just one year.

A recipient of our SIRCH meals said “This year I think, may in fact have been the scariest and most challenging to survive and move forward. I’m in deep water with everything but, most of all, I haven’t had enough food to provide my family since Covid, and it’s getting harder and harder”

Donations from last year’s Gifts from the Heart campaign will keep Community Kitchen meals at their current level until mid-October. Then, the money ends.

SIRCH receives no government funding for this program. We depend on your donations.

Nutritious, prepared meals are essential for those who are ill, homeless, frail, palliative, unable to cook, or who cannot afford to eat. If you are able to donate, please know that your dollars are helping to alleviate the suffering of many.
