Founded in 2017, the primary area of focus of Sierra Leone Education Partnership (SLEP Inc.) is the reduction of poverty through the advancement of education in Sierra Leone. By providing scholarships based on academic merit and financial need, we enable the citizens of Sierra Leone, Africa to obtain advanced certificates and degrees from the Canadian College of Modern Technology (or similar non-profit accredited institutions) in Sierra Leone.

At SLEP we believe that every child deserves a good education regardless of the society or nation they are in, however according to the Sierra Leone Education Policy and Data Center (EPDC, 2014), only 5% of those who finish high school have the opportunity to attend college or university. SLEP scholarships are reserved for students who have demonstrated academic excellence and are in verifiable financial need.
