To empower immigrant women and their children who have been impacted by domestic abuse / family violence / gender-based violence to rebuild their lives through safe housing, psychosocial programming, and practical support.
Our Programming
1. DIRECTED EMPOWERMENT: 1-on-1 Psychosocial and Practical Support
- personalized, dedicated support by a SHADE case worker
2. MIRRORS: A Reflection of Immigrant Women Building Healthy Relationships
- 12-week group program focused on building healthy relationships
3. EMBRACE: Immigrant Women Building Resilience Together
- regularly scheduled, open format group program focusing on strengthening resilience and confidence through collective psychosocial and practical support
