Protecting Health: Support Cervical Cancer Screenings and STBBI Prevention

Cervical cancer screenings and routine STBBI testing are an important part of sexual and reproductive healthcare. Saskatoon Sexual Health (SSH) plays a crucial role in the early detection and treatment of cervical cancers, HIV, and Syphilis. Saskatchewan is currently facing a public health crisis, with rising rates of HIV and syphilis reaching epidemic levels. Combined with a shortage of healthcare providers, access to essential cervical cancer screenings and testing for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs) has become increasingly limited. Many individuals are finding it difficult to access these critical services, leading to a surge in demand at Saskatoon Sexual Health.

The "Protecting Health" campaign seeks to address these urgent needs by raising funds to support our cervical cancer screening and STBBI prevention programs. Your donation will help ensure that SSH can continue providing life-saving screenings and testing, which are vital in the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer, HIV, and syphilis. Every contribution goes directly towards maintaining and expanding these services, helping us meet the growing demand and combat the STBBI epidemic in our community.
