We are a registered charity which offers crucial programs and services: Meals on Wheels, Frozen Meals and Purées, Telephone Reassurance Calls, Income Assistance Service, The Young at Heart Community Centre for Seniors, Corporate Volunteering, Youth in Action, Student Engagement at John Abbott College and Caring Paws Animal Therapy.
