Overview: The Seguin Public Libraries are a small but vital library system for our rural community, serving approximately 5200 residents. Our mission is to provide access to information, foster a love for reading, and support lifelong learning. We are dedicated to enriching our community by offering a welcoming space for all.

Location: We have four branches throughout our municipality, in Orrville, Foley, Humphrey and Rosseau. Our libraries are a cozy hub for learning and connection. We provide easy access for families, students, and seniors alike.

Services Offered:

• Book Lending: A diverse collection of books, audiobooks, and e-resources.
• Children’s Programs: Storytime sessions, summer reading challenges, and educational workshops.
• Adult Education: Computer assistance, and social programs.
• Community Events: Monthly book clubs, guest speakers, and seasonal events that bring residents together.

Challenges: As a small rural library, we rely heavily on community support and donations. Our operating budget is limited, making it challenging to maintain and expand our services. We aim to update our collection, enhance our technology, and continue offering free programs for all ages.
