Our Mission
Sexual Assault Support Services for Women SD&A (SASS) is a non-profit, grass-roots feminist organization committed to the support of victims /survivors who have experienced sexual violence; and the prevention and elimination of that form of violence.
SASS Services
SASS offers free & confidential services such as:
-1:1 and Group Supportive Counselling
- 24-hour Crisis line, in both English & French
- Accompaniment to the police station, hospital, court or other related appointments;
- Public Education for community groups, schools, agencies and workplaces in an effort to increase the awareness and prevent sexual violence;
- Assistance writing letters of support and filling out official paperwork etc;
- Referrals to community agencies.
