Our Mission

The Saskatchewan Trails Association is committed to a sustainable, coordinated network of rural and urban trails throughout Saskatchewan. The trail system is designed and maintained to standards that meet diverse user needs and enhance the health, tourism and economic prosperity of Saskatchewan communities while respecting the natural and cultural environment while highlighting the beautiful attributes of our province.

About SASKATCHEWAN TRAILS ASSOCIATION INC.

The Saskatchewan Trails Association is working toward creating a sustainable trail building fund that encourages large corporations and individuals to donate to a provincial pool that can be accessed by member organizations. An appropriate recognition program will be developed.

The STA will provide support and guidance to trail clubs regarding trail building and maintenance, as well as provide input regarding marketing, promotion and funding. With the STA as coordinator, information will be readily available as to trail availability, future trail plans and how they will complement each other.
