RCMSAR 31 is the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue Station in Brentwood Bay, BC. It has been run by a group of dedicated volunteers since 2011 and provides services to the whole boating community in and around the Saanich Inlet and beyond to the Gulf Islands. A rescue boat has been based in Brentwood Bay since the early 1980’s. Station 31 serves the Saanich Inlet from Goldstream out to Satellite Channel / Samsun Narrows and environs.

- We are trained in Marine Search and Rescue and Marine emergency First Aid
- We respond to marine emergencies with a fast response vessel 24/7 365 days per year
- We promote safe boating, drowning prevention and general marine safety through education
