LEARNING IS AT THE HEART OF OUR MISSION

Led by Professor Jack Lohman, the Royal BC Museum is entering a new era. A transformed museum will help us realize our full potential as an accessible and vital source of learning for everyone.

This exhilarating vision begins with the new Learning Centre.

It will allow us to engage and inspire more students of all ages. It will bring the museum’s vast collection and staff expertise to every corner of British Columbia. State-of-the-art technology will allow more students and teachers to discover and to share dialogue about the people and landscape of our province. The Learning Centre will be the community hub for all these aspirations. Through this space, we will show the world what learning in the 21st century should look like. To do so, we need to raise $2.2 million.
