Overview

(NOTE - CHANGE IN VENUE to Ellwood Hall to accommodate use of Heron Rd Community Center for homeless crisis)

Rotary Ottawa invites you to join our panel of difference makers at this Rotary Big Ideas Forum, as they discuss their "big idea" for food security and hunger in the city. Hunger is one of the city's most pressing concerns, particularly as we move into the winter season.  What can we do to solve it now, and into the future?

Our expert panel includes:

- Councillor Marty Carr, City of Ottawa

- Rachael Wilson, CEO, Ottawa Food Bank

- John Heckbert, Exec Director, Operation Come Home

Leave inspired and become part of the solution!

Admission is free, but please register so we know how many are coming.

FOOD DRIVE TOO!: The Ottawa Food Bank will be accepting food donations at the event. Remember to put aside some items to bring, and take a moment to review the items they can accept

Doors open at 6:30PM on Dec 5 and the Forum starts at 7PM.  Contact us at admin@rotaryottawa.com if you have any questions.
