Our staff and volunteers walk alongside individuals and families (our clients) at their most vulnerable moments, focusing on what matters most — compassion, dignity, advocacy and a sustainable turn-around.
Working with churches and community resources in local communities in the GTA, Restore supports change and provide food, shelter, transportation, counselling, child care, job skills, a sense of community and prayers needed for successful transitions to a sustainable life.
Restore program certified care planners work with approximately 1,000 individuals and families in the Markham, Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Newmarket + Mt. Albert, and South Etobicoke every year. Restore programs directly reduce the dependence people have, on ad hoc giving and helps money go farther when combined with volunteer help and coordinated support plans.
