We help women in western Canada who need education and support while recovering from abuse. Our support groups provide a safe place for women to learn more about the dynamics of abuse, and to connect with other women in similar situations. Our 10 week groups are provided at no cost to the women, because our wonderful donors generously make it possible to hire highly skilled facilitators, and to provide women with the When Love Hurts books our curriculum is based on. We also provide professional crisis counselling for the women in our groups who are in serious need.
