Overview
RQMO Educational Day 2024 will focus on a theme that affects many families who have a child with a rare disease:
The transition to adulthood for different children.
When our children have special needs and require support beyond the age of 18, a number of legal steps must be taken to ensure that we can continue to care for them and secure their future.
At our Education Day, to be held on October 19th at InterContinental Hotel in Montreal, we'll be tackling this subject together. Many specialists and speakers will be on hand to guide families through the various steps involved in this transition.
